Return Policy:

Video game xcessories.com (VGX) will not accept any returns without prior approval and RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If you have to return or Exchange a product, you must fill out the form above to get your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or an Exchange (excluding shipping/handling charges). There will be no refunds on products that have been used by the customers.  All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and accessories in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement. Should you choose a refund, we will credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer and are not refundable. If, for any reason, this return policy is not strictly adhered to, Video Game Xcessories will not be responsible for issuing any credits or refunds and will not do so on any products returned for any reason. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Video Game Xcessories and only with prior authorization in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.

For Canada or other international returns, the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required to get the product shipped back to us will not be refunded.  These orders will also be subject to the conditions as stated above.

All refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. In no event shall Video Game Xcessories be liable for any consequential damages or any labor, material, freight or expense required to replace or repair the product. All warranties are void if the product has been improperly modified, subjected to misuse or abuse. Except as stated herein, there are no warranties express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a specific purpose. Please contact Video Game Xcessories prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Shipping Damages:

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 7 days of the Delivery date.We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
